When we started Crompton Live in 2021, our intention was to create a business which provides comfortable, well maintained, quality properties for the community we know and love, with our tenants benefiting as partners along the way

As a small local business we hope to keep growing these principles, and be assured, having been tenants ourselves we know the value of a good landlord. To help achieve this our aim is to:

• Provide timely response to maintenance
• Pre-approve £500 for emergency repairs
• Realise the full energy potential of our properties*
• Maintain plans for ongoing maintenance to our properties
• Conduct a pre market survey for all new properties resulting in maintenance and repair where required to ensure the property is presented in peak condition
• Deep clean all properties pre rental to ensure the property is ready for you to move in

• Respect the privacy of our clients but the need for timely maintenance
• Conduct two visits with you annually, ensuring the property still meets our standards and your needs
• Conduct annual rent review with reviews not to exceed the Consumer Price Index (CPIH)
